SUMMERWEEN IS COMING TO THE NEON DISTRICT! Think Trunk-or-treating, but with businesses in The NEON District! Collect treats and giveaways; for kids, teens, and young at heart adults!
Who says you have to wait until October for Halloween?
Join us on Friday, July 31 for Summerween, a one-night-only celebration where spooky season meets summer fun! Stroll through the NEON District and visit decorated participating businesses while collecting candy, treats, and festive giveaways along the way!
Whether you’re a year-round Halloween enthusiast or looking for a fun family outing, Summerween is the perfect way to support local businesses, while celebrating the creative spirit of NEON.

– Enjoy Halloween fun in the middle of summer
– Collect treats and surprises
– FREE icecrean from the ice cream truck parked at The PLOT
– Explore Norfolk’s vibrant arts district
– Come dressed in your favorite costume!
Admission is free, costumes are encouraged, and Halloween lovers are especially welcome.
Registration required – we need to know how much ice cream and candy is needed!
Mark your calendars and join us for a little midsummer mischief in the NEON District.

Set in our Main Gallery, enjoy the atmosphere and art while you BINGO your way to several available prizes!
Join us for an exciting evening of BINGO at the d’Art Center set in our picturesque Main Gallery! Bring your friends and enjoy a fun-filled night of community spirit along with light snacks and beverages, plus the chance to win multiple prizes.
