d'ART SPRING 2010
Children's Classes
EXPLORATION in DRAWING & PAINTING: For Ages 6-10
Amy McKay, Instructor
This class is structured to encourage the imagination and self-expression through experience of water-based paints, charcoal and graphite. Students will be inspired to use their mind's eye as they develop skills in the use of color, form, and shape as they develop basic skills and techniques.
8 Saturdays: March 27- May 15, 2010, 10a.m. - 12N
Tuition: $145 + $10 materials fee
d'ART Summer ART CAMP
Each summer the d'ART Center welcomes hundreds of children to d'ART Day Camp, providing instruction in a variety of mediums and techniques. The d'ART Center offers seven one week d'ART Day Camp sessions for ages 6-8, ages 8-10, and ages 9-14 during June, July and August.
Instructors are experienced art educators who have taught at the d'ART Center, Governor's School and Norfolk and Virginia Beach school systems.

TUITION $140 plus Materials fee $35 (includes camp t-shirt) TOTAL = $175
A deposit of 1/2 of the tuition is due at registration; the balance is due the first day of camp. Refunds are granted, less $15, only if the Center is notified one week prior to week of camp.
